This service will typically consist of an initial phone call and review of data prior to a one day site visit where our consultant will meet with school leaders, subject leaders, subject teachers, pupils and sixth form students alongside visiting lessons and reviewing a work sample. In addition, we offer a pupil, parent and staff survey service to add to the evidence base that will be used to describe the quality of education, pupils’ behaviour and attitudes, subject leadership and the contribution the subject makes to pupils’ personal development.

Throughout the site visit, our consultant will work with leaders to confirm identified strengths and emerging areas for improvement based on the evidence gathered. At the end of the visit, our consultant will give verbal feedback on their findings to school leaders and invite comments before writing a draft report document that they will subsequently present to the school to review and finalise.
